The icon you see in Microsoft Windows “This PC” from the file explorer is to indicate the Gerbera Media Server UI is available.

Specifically located under Network Locations, its appearance indicates that Gerbera is running on a device within your local network, broadcasting itself as a media server. This means other devices on the network can browse and stream media from the Gerbera server.
